1. Introduction
DGD-220CJ Automatic Horizontal Pouch Packing Machine includes bag
taking mechanism, bag opening mechanism, blowing mechanism, filling
mechanism, heat sealing, cold sealing and shaping mechanism. The
coordinated action of each mechanism is completed through the
mechanical linkage and cam structure, and the position signal is
fed back by the encoder on the spindle. Under the programmable
control of the PLC, the function of bag removal → bag opening →
detection → filling → sealing → finished product is realized .
It adopts SUS304 arc-shaped frame and tempered glass door cover,
with a complete dust removal system, which is suitable for
packaging production of various prefabricated bag products.

3. Functions
3.1.This equipment is mainly used in the production of various types of pre-made bags. The
packaging is beautifully formed and well formed, without packaging
materials and material waste.
3.2. More environmentally friendly: The entire confidential closed design, isolates the dust in the
machine, and is equipped with a stainless steel dust removal
pipeline system, which is environmentally friendly and
pollution-free. (Dust removal pipeline and dust collector are
optional functions)

cleaning.
3.4. Cost saving: unique bag opening detection function, no bag opening, no filling,
no heat sealing, the bag can be reused, and no material is
wasted.If the bag is not opened successfully, it will be

3.5.Using Spanish cam technology, the cam generally uses an internal cam, which does not run
position and has a higher operating accuracy.
3.6.Optimization of bag taking structure,Extend the suction bag time, and take the bag more accurately. At

about 300-500 bags. When the equipment is running, the bag
placement frequency is reduced and the production efficiency is
improved.

3.10.There is a trapezoidal water tank at the bottom of the whole
machine, and the water outlet is connected to the sewage pipe, which makes
cleaning and drainage more convenient.
