a) It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1L-5L in agrochemical, animal medicine, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil, and other related industries.

b)The filling unit uses a piston-off structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoiding cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.

c)Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling. The synchronous belt will not break with embedded metal wire. At present, first-class packaging manufacturers are using this structure. Compared with similar products on the market, it adopts a common motor + encoder and chain drive structure. After a long time of usage, the tensile chain will affect the filling accuracy and equipment stability.
