Introduction:

CCG5000-8D Automatic Linear Piston Filling Machine is suitable for filling of oil, greas, lubricating oil, motor oil and high viscosity products. The whole machine is linear structure and driven by the servo motor. Volumetric filling principle can realize the high precision of filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation.

Features:

1. Machine uses France Schneider components, central control system which is stable, safe and low consumption of energy.

2.Schneider system and servo motor structure (PLC control, servo motor drives the double transmission structure), this will make sure the high and stable filling precision.

3.Relying on the piston filler developing experience and market feedback, we develop the filling three way valve which is suitable for oil industry. The three way valves are with the features of simple structure, stable operation and good sealing. No leakage and save the maintenance cost.
